Your knowledge of the market and ability to communicate with seller’s agents made things a game changer when we were submitting offers and I think was a key ingredient to us getting this beautiful home we’re in now! Once we entered escrow, it sure was a whirlwind of a ride but throughout the entire process I had confidence that we weren’t going to miss a beat on getting all of our paperwork filed and sorted.
