Trisha relieved a lot of the worry about going through the process. As soon as Trisha got involved a lot of stress went away, she evaluated us and our situation to determine what was best for us, and quickly realized that the traditional process of having open houses to sell the house probably wasn’t best for us and she went right out and found us a buyer with a great offer.  Trish was on top of everything, she kept us on task and schedules, and provided reliable resources to help with purging the house which took even more stress off of us.  Your willingness to always be available and jump in and do whatever was necessary helped get us through it.
My parents knew what they were doing when they chose Trisha many years ago to be their relator, and why Trisha will be my realtor when I sell my house in Tierrasanta.
