Trish has helped my husband and I on the only three real estate transactions we have had in the past 10 years. We will not consider using anyone else in San Diego. She goes above and beyond what one expects from a Realtor. For example, we needed to find a home for our senior citizen chicken and Trish found her a wonderful home and arranged for the transfer. In both of the sales we worked with her on, our house needed a fair amount of work. She arranged the workers and made sure that we were happy with the job they did. Of course, the most important part of any Realtor’s job is the sale itself. She marketed our houses well and we had strong offers within a week.
