Kind Words!

We first heard about Trisha before we needed her services.  My father in law lived in Clairemont and often told us of community activities organized by Tricia.  Our home movies include our then 3 (now 28) year old daughter hunting for Easter Eggs at one of Tricia’s Annual Easter Egg Hunts.  When we had an opportunity to move my father in law to a place closer to our home, it was natural to call on Trisha.  She helped us get top dollar for his Clairemont home as well as the best deal possible for his new condominium.  She and her team were invaluable.  A decade later, when my father in law died, it was again to Tricia we turned to sell his condo.  This year, when it became necessary to sell the house my mother had lived in for 65 years to fund her care, we called Tricia and were delighted she was able to assist us once again.  Upbeat yet honest, Tricia cut through the bureaucracy to make sure we understood every step of the process.
