Evan C.Trish was amazing to work with, I have nothing but positive things to say. I had never gone through the process of selling a property before and her help was invaluable. Our sale had a few small complications as a result of the house being old, and 2020 being a crazy year with certain processes taking longer than normal with the Covid shutdowns. Trish helped me navigate these situations seamlessly and most importantly, we sold the house at a great price.
Trish was always quick to respond to email, text and call, and was always honest and transparent with where we were in the process, any potential hold ups, and the best way to move forward. On top of that she is the nicest person and always great to talk to. If the universe ever finds me selling another property in San Diego I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
