My realtor Trish Daly sold my mom’s house in just 3 days! She was so considerate about this being the family home for over 60 years and took great care of the whole process. She took care of making sure the home was cleaned and staged beautifully. She worked with us as a family to make sure we all agreed on the pricing and the proper process in selling the home. It was listed on a Friday, Trish had the open house on Saturday and Sunday (and she is the one on site for the open house) and by Monday had (4) offers for the house including one at full price (and one just below it). With consulting with Trish and her 40 plus years of expertise we accepted the full price offer. From there Trish takes control of the process, getting us the proper paperwork to sign etc. and escrow closed in 30 days! Without any real issues or drama. And all of this in the midst of a housing downturn/flatting of home sales and pricing in San Diego (especially the Bay Park area)
