Trisha priced the house above what I thought it would be, which I was pleased about but a little nervous, since I had been following the Clairemont market and saw many houses staying on the market for months. After the first Open House weekend she had received 8 offers. Her communication style is very effective. If a form needed to be signed on a sent email, Trisha would send me a text letting me know to check my email.
